PURCHASING:

Orders can be placed “on-line” or, if you prefer, you can “call” our toll free number 800-211-5084 to place an order with a customer service representative.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

 

SALES TAX:

New Mexico state law requires that we collect sales tax of 7% on all order picked up from our facility or shipped to any New Mexico address.  We currently are not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to any other states.

 

SHIPPING:

Aircraft Widgets will ship via UPS or USPS Priority.

To see exact shipping charges for your order, just add the item or items to your shopping cart.  Once you have added items to your cart, go to “check out” , input your zip code, and click “calculate shipping.”  You will see the total shipping charges within the Continental USA for those items.  There will be a selection for US Priority Mail or UPS ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, and next day shipping.

 Note:  If you prefer a different carrier or your address does not accept UPS or USPS Priority; please call customer service at 800-211-5084 and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Note:  If you prefer to “pick up” your order at our location–enter your zip code, click “calculate shipping” then be sure to select “local pickup $0.00” from  the drop down box.

PRIVACY POLICY – Personal Information:

When ordering, a customer will need to provide certain information such as name, address, phone, email, credit card number, etc.  This information is for billing purposes only, and to complete and ship the order.  Telephone numbers are needed if there is a question regarding the order.

Personal information may be shared with UPS, USPS or credit card processing institutions.

We do not sell or trade your personal information with any outside company.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you need to return merchandise, please call customer service at 800-211-5084 within 30 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted without authorization.
–All returns must include a return authorization number
–All returns must be returned within 30 days
–All returns must be 100% complete and with  ALL original manufacturer boxes and packaging materials.  If not complete, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
–The customer is responsible for return shipping.
–Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed
–Items damaged in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Please save all shipping boxes if the items were damaged in shipping.   The shipping companies will come out to inspect the merchandise  and the boxes in which they were shipped.
